QnA Maker is a bot building tool for non-developers. It makes bot creation and training as easy as copying and pasting or filling out a table. Tools to build bots are almost entirely targeted at the skilled developer. QnA Maker allows the entire team, including designers and content creators, participate in the bot development process.

User can build, train and publish a simple question and answer bot based on FAQ URLs, structured documents or editorial content.
The tool looks through user’s links and documents and creates a knowledge base. Knowledge base is the “brain” of the service. User can correct and add to this information.
User can test and refine responses using a familiar chat interface as well as train the bot using data from real customer interactions.
